Registration for the CESG is now open, and the registration form can be accessed by clicking the link below.
If you have been notified of acceptance in a presentation or poster session, you must confirm your attendance by registering for the conference. To remain in the program, all participants must register by September 1, 2025.
If you are no longer able to participate, please contact the organizers as soon as possible.
The conference program will be posted on the conference website shortly after the registration deadline.
Discounted hotel rates and booking codes will also be listed on the conference website shortly.
Workshop in Honour of Lynda Khalaf
The CESG will begin in the evening on October 17. During the day on October 17, we will hold the Workshop in Honour of the Distinguished Career of Professor Lynda Khalaf, also at the Sheraton Ottawa Hotel.

All CESG participants are welcome to attend this event, although we kindly ask that you confirm your participation prior to the event. A form has been included on the CESG registration page where you may indicate your intention to attend.
